"Folk tales from Lebanon: pearls and peace"

For many years, Najla Jraissaty Khoury crisscrossed Lebanon to build up the most exhaustive possible corpus of rural and urban folk tales, imbued with poetry and humour - all of them about women and told by women to other women.
With the support of the Office Cantonal de la Culture et du Sport
The book "Abdul Rahman Katanani Paroles d'artiste. Propos recueillis par Barbara Polla" published by Slatkine Editions in French and by Saleh Barakat in Arabic will be available at the gallery in both languages.
