Hikayat, signifiant « histoires » ou « narrations », est une soirée immersive qui cherche à transporter ses participants à s’engager dans différentes histoires issues de talents émergents du Moyen-Orient et du Maghreb.
Cet événement sera la soirée de clôture du Festival du film Palestine Filmer C’est Exister (PFCE), en collaboration avec le Palestine Filmer C’est Exister, WAKEUP_GVA et le Collectif Nocturne. Le projet est divisé en deux parties, une exposition artistique suivie de concerts et DJ sets. Le but étant de réunir des jeunes artistes et de créer un lieu accessible pour les créateurs afin de présenter leur travail et d’interagir avec le public*.

Anaïs Nariman Aïk est une artiste visuelle et sonore dont le travail tourne autour des questions liées au système sociale dans un contexte narratif. Elle obtient en 2017 un Bachelor en Arts Visuels à la HEAD (Haute école d’art et de design de Genève) puis un Master à l’ECAL (école Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne).
𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗤𝗨𝗘 / 𝟮𝟯𝗵 – 𝟰𝗵
Le répertoire musical de la soirée oscille entre rap, « rock blédard », disco arabe, house d’inspiration iranienne et electro. L’objectif est de mêler artistes palestiniens et locaux pour promouvoir la diversité de talents. Le programme transcende les frontières, de la Suisse francophone à la Cisjordanie, en passant par le Maghreb, pour créer un point de rencontre entre les différentes cultures de la région.

Hikayat, meaning « stories » or « narratives », is an immersive evening that will transport attendees to engage in different stories from emerging voices from the Middle East and Maghreb. This event will be the closing party for the Palestine Filmer C‘est Exister Film Festival (PFCE), in collaboration with partners Palestine Filmer C‘est Exister, WAKEUP, Collectif Nocturne.
The project is divided into two parts, the visual art exhibition, and the musical part, with the aim of bringing together young artists and creating an accessible venue for creators to showcase their work and engage with the Geneva public*.

We’ve put together a program that oscillates between rap, mixed
rock, Arab disco, Iranian-inspired house and modern electro beats, to showcase the diversity of talent emerging from the region. The program transcends borders, from French-speaking Switzerland to cis-Jordan, via the Maghreb, to create a meeting point between the different cultures of the region.
