Dans ce monde déséquilibré entre le chaos et le calme, une performance composée d'objets numériques et analogiques émerge : les livres sont brûlés tandis que les e-readers se développent, les vinyles forment la nouvelle piste de danse et les polaroïds nos seules archives. Les sons analogiques et numériques s'affrontent dans un paysage sonore immersif. Une scénographie entre pixels et objets crée un espace temporaire où les micro-mouvements des performeurs deviennent visibles : une toupie qui continue de tourner dans une paume, un œil aveuglé par le reflet d'un écran. Inspirés par nos désirs contradictoires, en équilibre éternel entre l'analogique et le numérique, les performeurs emmènent le public dans un paysage sonore délirant, un voyage qui se termine par un clin d'œil.Une session d'écoute qui joue avec notre obéissance à la réalité numérique, notre addiction à l'écran et notre nostalgie de l'analogique. suivit par un set de musique live par Alexandra Bellon
ANALOG DIGITAL is dedicated to a disequilibrating contemporary world. Analogue sounds compete with digital ones, books burn and e-readers rise, vinyls are the new dancefloor and polaroids our only archive. In a tiny scenography between pixels and objects arises a temporal space where micromovements appear: fingers precisely initiating the ongoing dance of a spinning top or the blink of an eye caught in an extravagant selfie.
Inspired by ancient and contemporary games, sweetly accompanied by a tendency to escapism, the sounds question/teases/underlines our relation with digital and analogue objects. ANALOG DIGITAL invites you to oscillate in between contradictory cravings: waitting for a handwritten letter, detesting technology, falling in love with a screen (maybe even a robot?), breaking your phone, crying for a book, stealing a spinning top, scratching a vinyl, getting addicted to chatGPT .Teasing our obedience to a digital environment and the glorification of the screen,K&A invite you to delirious trip, ta performative listening session that ends with a blink.
