Long Hours is a solo performance project by artist and musician Julian Medor. Frequently coined as Lo-fi, no wave, synth punk, croon core or goth doo-wop, Long Hours’ live show is an impactful, frenetic experience inspired by frontmen such as David Yow (The Jesus Lizard), JG Thirlwell (Foetus) and Alan Vega (Suicide). Long Hours has performed up and down the east coast of Australia, has toured Japan four times and completed his first European tour in 2023 playing over 30 shows across France, Germany, Italy and Austria. 2024, Long Hours returned to play over 20 shows in France and Belgium in support of his latest album release. With a relentless and unmatched creative work ethic, he has released 34 albums in the space of five years, including two compilation albums released on vinyl in Australia through Spooky Records and France via Beast Records.
